TaleCliff sells two kinds of products: pebble packs and subscriptions. Prices below are for international payments in US dollars; tax may be added depending on your country. In Korea, prices are charged in won (KRW, VAT included).
Pebbles are the unit used to open paid episodes and to write in Studio.
1. Pebble packs

2. Subscriptions

- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- Unused subscription pebbles expire on the next billing date, when they are refilled.
- The first 1,000 Read Only yearly subscribers become Founding Members and get 2 years for the first payment.
3. Delivery
- All products are digital content; nothing is shipped.
- Pebbles are added to your wallet, or subscription benefits start, as soon as payment completes.
- If it is not reflected within 10 minutes of payment, contact customersupport@talecliff.com.
4. Payment and refunds
Domestic Korean payments are processed by Toss Payments and international payments by Lemon Squeezy.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Unused purchases are fully refunded within 7 days of payment.
